Research commissioned by Aberdeen & Grampian Chamber of Commerce through Diffley Partnership finds strong support for the reopening of services from Aberdeen to three towns in the North East.

The research generated over 1,000  responses from residents in the North East of Scotland, all sourced from the ScotPulse panel.

According to the survey, 78% of respondents support reopening the line to Ellon and Peterhead, while 76% back the reconnection to Fraserburgh. This strong backing highlights a clear desire for improved transport links across the North East.
